We are a young organisation and urgently need somebody for a few hours a week to take over the administrator role which is getting busier as we work to develop annual programmes with our inspiring young people.

Responsibilities
​This is a role that will grow, but initially we need
  • Sending and replying of emails
  • Organising venues
  • Organising the team ensuring people know where to be and when
  • Co-ordinating other volunteers and being their "go to" person
  • Organising bi monthly board meetings, distributing agendas etc
  • Coordinate and work closely with the dedicated fundraising team
  • Create a supporters network alongside the fundraising team
  • Plus anything that may become necessary

MARKETING CONSULTANT

We urgently need some marketing advice and would like an experienced marketeer to create a marketing plan for our young vibrant organisation to follow.
Knowledge of Company Ltd by Guarantee, not for profit organisations.
Experience creating a 2 year marketing plan with a strategy that Jeté Youth Dance Company can follow.

 
Assisting the growth of a young organisation.
At this time we are unable to offer a fee, but hopefully as we grow and establish ourselves this may change.
  • To discuss the hopes and aspirations with the Board and the members of Jeté Youth Dance Company.
  • To write the marketing plan using the most effective ways to deliver our message
  • To transfer the insights to members and volunteers so they can distribute the message going forward.
  • To touch base with us across the 2 years or indeed become a valued team member on the board or other groups

Jeté Youth Dance Company is made up of of members aged 10 to 24 years of age and will perform as widely as possible locally, nationally and internationally.
We require a committed person, working with the dance company and the team, to create a successful way to attract corporate sponsors to support Jeté Youth Dance Company for 2 years using a sliding scale of commitment.

DONOR AND FUNDING CO-ORDINATOR

Jeté Youth Dance Company need someone who can oversee fundraising and make applications for funding from the relevant bodies. We have recently been awarded our first Arts Council grant and we would like to develop this relationship and find other funding bodies so we can develop our work. 
Experience of putting together funding applications
The ability to teach “the gentle art of teaching people the joy of giving” (Hank Rosso).
Great organisational skills
Great writing skills

To play a keen part in developing our young organisation
Working with the artistic director, choreographers, board, administrator and corporate giving co-ordinator to take responsibility for good quality, timely and effective funding applications

BOARD MEMBERS

Ireland - 22/24
We are seeking Board Members to help us establish Jeté Youth Dance Company. Commitment will be a meeting bi-monthly and attendance at performances where possible.
Once the Board is established we envisage each Board member overseeing a particular area.
You do not need experience in dance and performance as we need other skills and interests to help us grow in a balanced way. 
Enthusiasm to see our Youth Dance Company flourish.
We cannot offer a fee but there may be occasional travel expenses. The biggest reward will be nurturing the success of Jeté Youth Dance Company as you see it establish itself initially in the West of Ireland then beyond.
